Hong Kong.
I have consulted the Lord Chancellor's
have both been consulto Office and the Privy Council Office regarding your
proposal that a Hong Kong/fan of Court should be
incorporated by Royal Charter. Both the Lord
Chancellor's Office and the Privy Council feel

doubtful whether it would be right in principle
