disqualification from driving on conviction of certain motoring offences. these cases special considerations are held to apply. I might also mention that in Northern Ireland legislation has recently been enacted under which persons convicted of certain offences committed during the period of the present emergency receive minimum sentences of imprisonment: we have heard that this is throwing up certain problems.
