I am at present the third senior puisne judge of the above court. and having heard that there are vacancies e.g. in Hong Kong, I am writing to enquire whether I may be considered for an appointment accordingly. I shall be in England at the end of September and would be available for an interview.
I would like to make a change
I have also written to Sir Arthur Greeton-Bellew of the Ministry of Overseas Development and I mention this as I am not sure whether all overseas judicial appointments go through the Ministry of not.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your obedient Servant.
Cosworth, Ger.
Edward Trevelyan.
Permanent Secretary,
Foreign and Colonial Office,
S. W. 1.
