I see no reason for disallowance of the

Ordinance at (3).

R. As for the legislation at (1) and (2), there are Bills enclosed that refer to the "Appeal Judge"

as well as to the Senior Puisne Judge". We were going to get "the post of S.P.J. abolished and, so far hs I know, have not agreed to the creation of an office of "Appeal Judge".

B. Some explanation from the Governor appears to be called for.
