Hong Kong: Prevention of Corruption Bill

The Chief Justice of Hong Kong, with whom I lunched today, mentioned a brief newspaper report he has seen of a Malaysian court order made within the last nine months or so for the confiscation of the unexplained wealth of a Malaysian Minister, Raja Aslam Shah. He thought it might be worth obtaining particulars of the case, since it might be r on s.10 of the Bill. It would be interesting to know what powers the Malaysian court were exercising.
