We have seen a copy of the memorandum discussed by the Executive Council on 10 November, 1970 concerning the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill 1970. It is noted that the proposed Bill does not provide for the amendments referred to in paragraph 6 of my saving despatch no. 102 of 25 March, 1970.
2. Grateful for confirmation that it is your intention to amend the Bill to provide for these amendments.
