one year nor more than three years from the date of the order,
the offender commits another offence punishable with impri-
sonment and a court then orders under section 1090 that the
original sentence shall take effect.
(b) By section 109C, if an offender commits, during the period
specified in an order made under section 109B, a further
offence punishable with imprisonment, a court shall order
the sentence to take effect unless this would be unjust in
view of circumstances arising since the sentence was suspended. (c) Sections 109D and 109E deal with the court by which a suspended
sentence is to be dealt with and the discovery of further
offences.
(d) Section 109F is an interpretation section.
Clauses 12 and 13 contain repeals and amendments.
Among the
sections repealed is section 43 which empowers the Attorney General to
file an information for misdemeanor.
Clause 14 is a transitional provision.
