Thank you for your letter of 15th December last to Mike Clinton, enquiring whether we had any objection to a copy of Hong Kong despatch No.617 of 24th May, 1969, being passed to the Barbados Government. Like you, we see no objection to this.

Perhaps you could let me know what standard distribution is in fact given to these particular despatches from Hong Kong and whether any Commonwealth Governments receive copies of them.
