I propose to arrange the meeting referred to by Mr Gwynn in his letter, reference DUS(F) 153/1 dated 14th August 1970 for 11.30 am on Friday 4th September 1970, the meeting to be held in Mr Gwynn's room, 6243, Whitehall Main Building.

2. I will arrange to have temporary passes prepared for those attending. These passes will be available at the Richmond Terrace entrance to Whitehall Main Building.

3. Will you please confirm that the above arrangements are acceptable and let this office know of any extra representatives from your Department so that arrangements for passes can be made.
