Our Note of 18 November.
The opening session will now begin at 12.15 p.m. and not at 12 noon as previously stated. The afternoon session on Monday 23 November will begin at 3.30 p.m.
3. Sir Con O'Neill will attend the meetings on Monday
23 November but will be unable to attend subsequent meetings. Mr. Bottomley will take the Chair at the meeting on Tuesday morning and Mr. Gallagher at the meeting on Tuesday afternoon. It is hoped that the talks on Hong Kong and the EDC will be finished by the Tuesday evening.
