I would see no objection to the change in wording at the beginning of paragraph 7 of the despatch which Dunnett proposes.

9. It is to be hoped that we shall receive comments from Mintech soon. When these are received it may be necessary to have a meeting to dispel the suspicions which seem to lurk in the Board of Trade.
