Add a new clause after Clause 24

Section 56 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (a) of subsection (1) by deleting

'engaged in the same trade or industry" and substituting the following

"engaged or employed in the same trade, industry or occupation:.

Add a new clause after Clause 27

The principal Ordinance is amended by adding, after section 68, the following new Schedule

"FIRST SCHEDULE.

Any offence involving -

(a) fraud;

(b) dishonesty;

(c) extortion;

(d) membership of a triad society;

(e) violence.

In Clause 28, add a new sub-paragraph as follows
