27. Section 64 of the principal Ordinance is ended

(a)

in subsection (1), by deleting "Full Court" and substituting

the following -

Supreme Court";

(b) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following -

"(2) An appeal shall be from a decision of the

Supreme Court under this Ordinance to the Full Court

in accordance with section 29 of the Supre ao Court

Ordinance.".

Section 66 f the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) in paragraph (d), by deleting "and";

(b) in paragraph (e), by deleting the full stop and

substituting the following -

"and"; and

(o) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following new

paragraph
