subsection (1) by deleting "or withdrawn".

Section 7 of the principal Ordinence is amended in

subsection (1) -

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (c)

and substituting the following -

"; or";

(b) by inserting after paragraph (c) the following

"(d) he is of the opinion that the trade union

applying for registration is substantially
