The Exco Memorandum recommending introduction of the bill wito LEGCO has now been received. The recommendation was agreed by Exco on & December.

Since the Remorandum contains further details of reasons for the proposed legislation, it has gone down to the Forqou who is engaged in preparing for the meeting with the TUC which will be held on 5 January.
