(c)
by inserting after paragraph (e) the following
new paragraph
"(f) the fact that a trade union has
withdrawn its application for
registration under this Ordinance.".

Amendment of
the Schedule.
29.
The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended -
(a)
by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph
(o) and substituting therefor a semicolon;
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (o) the following
new paragraph -
"(p) provide for the safe custody of the
common scal of the trade union which
shall only be used by the authority of
the executive of the union and every
instrument to which the common seal
shall be affixed shall be signed by
an officer or a member appointed by
the executive for that purpose and
countersigned by the Chairman,
treasurer or secretary.".
(c) by being remmedeved
as the Second Schedule.
