(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of

subsection (1), whenever the Registrar is

required under section 11 to give notice to a

trade union, he may in addition publish such

notice in the Gazette and such publication

shall be deemed to be good and effective notice

to the trade union."

Amendment of section 64.

Section 64 of the principal Ordinance is amended -

in subsection (1), by deleting "Full Court" and

substituting the following

"Supreme Court";

by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the

following -

"(2) There shall be an appeal as of right

from every decision of the Supreme Court under

this Ordinance to the Full Court in accordance

with section 29 of the Supreme Court Ordinance.".

Section 66 of the principal Ordinance is amended –
