18.

Section 30 of the principal Ordinance is amended

in paragraph (b) of subsection (1) by inserting after

"fifty per cent of the" the following -

"voting".

19. Section 33 of the principal Ordinance is amended

in subsection (1)

Amendment of section 36.

20.

(a)

(i)

in paragraph (a), by deleting "employees"

and substituting the following -

"clerks";

(ii) in paragraph (j) by deleting "in Council";

(iii) by deleting paragraph (k) and substituting

the following -

"(k) the payment of fines imposed on the

trade union for any offence of which

it is convicted under this or any

other Ordinance;

(1) any other purpose which the Governor

may approve.",

Section 36 of the principal Ordinance is amended -

in subsection (1) by inserting, after

"on application" the following

"in writing";
