Any officer of a trade union, or
any person on its behalf, who uses or authorizes
the use of any seal which falsely purports to
be the seal of the trade union shall be guilty
of an offence and shall be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of one hundred dollars."

Amendment of section 21.
15.
Section 21 of the principal Ordinance is amended by
deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following
"(1) Notification of

(a)
every branch of a registered trade
union; and
(b)
every business or charitable, cultural,
educational or medical undertaking
which is operated by or in the name
of a trade union; and
(c)
any change in the address of such
branch, or business or charitable,
cultural, educational or medical
undertaking,
shall be made to the Registrar in writing,
together with such particulars as the Registrar
may require, by the trade union within fourteen
days after the establishment of or change of
address of such branch, or business or charitable,
cultural, educational or medical undertaking, as
the case may be.".
