in subsection (2), by deleting "the Full Court,

and, if upon any such appeal the Full Court finds

that the cancellation of the registration of the

trade union was wrong as aforesaid, it may so

declare" and substituting the following

"the Supreme Court, which may, if it finds

that the cancellation of the registration

of the trade union was wrong as aforesaid,

so declare".

Amendment of

section 14.

10.

Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended in

subsection (1) by deleting "with" at the first place where it

occurs and substituting the following

"when".

Amendment of section 16.

11.

Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended

in paragraph (b) by deleting "prescribed" and subsituting the

following -

"proscribed".

12.

Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is amended.

wherever those words occur and substituting in each

place the following -

"trade, industry or occupation";
