I sent you these papers the other day for your advice. I now find that Mr. Royle will be receiving a Trade Union Delegation at 10.30 a.m. on Thursday 1st October to discuss some complaints they wish to present about this Bill and other matters

2. I am sending forward a brief for the meeting but it would be of the greatest help if you could let us have at least your preliminary views on the Bill by, say, close of play Tues ay 29 September.
