(a) any such trade union, so long as

(i)

an application for the registra-

tion of the trade union has been made

in accordance with this section and

the Registrar has not refused to

register such trade union; and

(ii) the only acts performed by such

person, and the only acts performed by

or on behalf of the trade union, are

acts for the purposes of, or in

connexion with, its establishment and

its registration under this Ordinance;

(b) any temporary trade union which is

exempted from registration by virtue

of subsection (4A), so long as the only

acts performed by such person, and the

only acts performed by and on behalf

of the temporary trade union, are acts

for the/purposes of, or in connexion

with, the trade dispute for which it

was formed.".

Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended in

subsection (1) by deleting "or withdrawn".

Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended in

subsection (1) -

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (c)

and substituting the following -

"; or";
