The spokesman said the recent campaign showed a lower incidence
of child employment than was brought out in a campaign carried out in
August 1969.
In the earlier campaign, 298 undertakings out of 1,708 premises
In the latest inspected were found to be employing children under 14.

FREE FTIM SHOWS IN MAY
Presented By Urban Council
The Urban Council will present free film shows for general
entertainment during May, with the first set for tomorrow.
Screening will take place on May 6, 7, 13, 22 and 27.
Each 90-minute show will start at 8p.m., made up of a cartoon
and a Cantonese feature Three Brave Warriors.
Venues will be the playgrounds in the Chai Wan, Tin Wan, Wang
Tau Hom, Tung Tau, Tse Wan Shan, Yau Tong Bay and Shek Pai Wan resettlement
estates, and the Argyle Street, Hang Han and Luen Wo Market playgrounds.
