2. A further disquieting trend is the increasing number of prosecutions and the dramatic increase in the number of persons involved, which has risen from 4693 to 9810. You will note, however, that there has not been a commensurate increase in the fines imposed.
3. Did we ever ask Hong Kong for a brief report on overtime working and their general views on the rising trend?
