From The Minister of State
Foreign and Commonwealth Office
London S.W.1
6 March, 1970.
Thank you for your letter of 3 March, in which you ask to see me, with your colleagues, in the matter of labour conditions in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, next week I shall be fully occupied with the Seychelles Constitutional Talks. I wonder, therefore, if we could postpone the meeting to the following week, and suggest that you come to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday, 19 March.
Perhaps you would be kind enough to let my Private Office know if this time is suitable for you (01-930 8440, Ext. 729).
