CONFRONTATION PRISONERS
You will be receiving in this bag a copy of the record of conversation during Ma's call on John Morgan on 29 July. You will see from this that Ma appears to be confused about the terms of the releases of confrontation prisoners already set free. Our understanding has always been that all of them have been given full remission, which is one-third of sentence. Perhaps you would confirm that this is correct. If so, we shall take a suitable opportunity to set the record straight
with Ma.
