I carried out an Autopsy on the body of Tang Chuen on 29/12/69 at

2.30 p.m. in Queen Mary Hospital Mortuary. The body was identified

to me by Mr. Brimmicombe-Wood.

The cause of death of the deceased was cirrhosis of liver with

gastro-intestinal bleeding. I made a report and I produce it with my

signature there.
