Confrontation Prisoners

We wish to brief Secretary of State about

confrontation prisoners in preparation for his visit

to Hong Kong next month. Grateful therefore if you

would telegraph details showing number still

imprisoned for offences involving (a) violence,

(b) possession of offensive weapons, (c) connection

with bomb campaign and (a) offences of non-violent

character, with in each category range of years of

sentences.
