In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint
GERALD MORDAUNT BROOME SALMON
Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the Legislative
Council of Hong Kong until 31st December 1971.
GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the
