GOVERNOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause XIV

of the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1969, I appoint -

ALASTAIR TREVOR CLARK

Justice of the Peace to be provisionally an Official Member of

the Legislative Council of Hong Kong during the absence of

Mr David Richard Watson Alexander, Member of the Most Excellent

Order of the British Empire, Justice of the Peace.
