THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
It is hereby notified that, in accordance with instructions
received from Her Majesty the Queen through the Right Honourable
the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, His
Excellency the Govenor has been pleased to appoint Mr. Paul TSUI Ka-Cheung,
0.B.E., J.P., to be an Official Member of the Legislative Council with
effect from 17th August, 1970.
