In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint -
JOHN ANTHONY HOLT SAUNDERS
upon whom has been conferred the Distinguished Service Order and
the Decoration of the Military Cross, Justice of the Peace to be an
Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1st
July 1970, until 31st December 1971.
