Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth

Affairs, I appoint -

SIDNEY SAMUEL GORDON

Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire,

Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the Executive

Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1970, until 31st December 1971.

GIVEN under my hand and the Public Seal of the

Colony on 29th June 1970.
