In pursuance of instructions from Her Majesty the
Queen through the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth
Affairs, I appoint -
ALBERTO MARIA RODRIGUES
Knight Bachelor, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the
British Empire, upon whom has been conferred the Efficiency
Decoration, Justice of the Peace to be an Unofficial Member of the
Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1st July 1970, until 31st
December 1971.
