the Hong Kong Royal Instructions 1917 - 1969, I appoint -

WOO PAK-CHUEN (AE)

Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Justice of

the Peace, provisionally and subject to Her Majesty's pleasure, to be

temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council of Hong

Kong from 12th July 1970 during the absence from the Colony of
