I suggest however that we can safely leave the matter of privileges for further consideration at a later stage, should it be decided to extend them on a reciprocal basis. I would not like this question to hold up the general reorganization.
The present stage of our deliberations is that we have received comments from all except one of the interested departments, and hope shortly to be able to proceed with concrete proposals. For your own information in the FCO, the probability is that Michael Wright will be replacing Sedgwick in the London Office in about July, and is likely therefore to become the first Administrative Commissioner.
