The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

that, subject to the acceptance by the Finance Committee of the financial implications, this Government's various agencies in London be reorganised as proposed in recommen-

dations 1 9 of the memorandum.

The Governor also ORDERED:

that the new title of the head of the re-organised Office

be brought into use as soon as this can conveniently be

done.
