I am sure you will remember him from the previous negotiations. I have always found him very pleasant to deal with and very discreet When it comes to the crunch, however, he can be pretty

Since sending my Exced 62 I have checked with Brothers that - provided there are no surprises in the awaited Government letter - he would be prepared to
