In this respect, we are prepared to commence negotiations through your goodsolf or direct with E.C.G.D. in London with a view to reaching agreement in principle by the second week in April and completion of the drafting of the finance. agreement by the target date set for the signing of the Contract Documents namely May 20th.

We realize that this is a somewhat shorter drafting period than is normally allowed but feel every effort shoudl be made to meet it as the, altemative is to suffer a delay in the contract award.
