In your letter of 7th February to Roy Croft, you indicated. the Prime Minister's agreement to Mr. Rodgers' visiting America during the first week of March.

You may wish to be aware that Mr. Rodgers will be leaving for Washington on Wednesday, 5th March and returning on Thursday, 13th March.

I am sending copies of this letter to Brighty (Foreign and Commonwealth Office), Brazier (Chief Whip's Office) and Merrylees (Cabinet Office).
