and repatriated to Pakistan (in the case of Pakistanis) at

the expense of the Hong Kong Government.

10. Since the majority of visitors to Hong Kong fall within

the categories mentioned in paragraph 5 above, the main burden

of operating the controls will fall upon the Hong Kong

authorities themselves and it is not considered that the extra

work load which will devolve upon Missions will be such as to

exceed the capacity of their existing staff (staff at Rawalpindi

is shortly to be reinforced by a Grade 10 officer).
