I welcome decision to allow Commonwealth citizens arriving
at the border to enter Hong Kong irrespective of whether they have
the right to stay on.
2. Members of Pakistan Embassy here (including junior staff and their dependants) and other Pakistan citizens resident in China such as PIA personnel will presumably come under category of quote tourists or transitors unquote and will not require entry certificates.
