Urbco may face mass walkout
AN Urban Councillor yesterday threatened a mass
resignation of elected members-if this was the only way to get the Government to expand the Coun- cil's scope.
Dr. Denny Huang told The Standard councillors were disillusioned and dissatisfied with present condi- tions which inhibited initiative since they restricted authority.
