Hong Kong (Non Domiciled) Divorce Rules

Now that the Hong Kong Divorce Jurisdiction (Amendment)
Order 1969 has entered into effect we are proceeding with
consideration of the draft rules. A statutory instrument
has been drafted, a copy of which is enclosed. We suggest
that a convenient date for bringing this instrument into
effect would be 1 January, 1970, although an earlier date
would probably be met. We should be grateful if your views
on the question of the date, and any comments you may have
on the draft could be sent as soon as practicable, by
telegram.
