and to request you to number it in accordance with Regulation 3 of the Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947, and to be good enough to insert the number in all the copies of the instrument contained in this folder and at (i) in the letter to the Stationery Office below.

This instrument has been certified to be a general instrument under Regulation 4 of the Statutory Instruments Regulations 1947 and I am to request you treat it accordingly.
