I wrote to you on the 18 November concerning the new draft Hong Kong (non-Domiciled Parties) Divorce Rules, which have revealed an apparent need for an Order in Council to be made under Section 1 of the Ministers of the Crown (Transfer of Functions) Act 1946. you please advise me on the present state of play, as Hong Kong will soon be pressing for further information?
