Please refer to my letter of today's date about the new Divorce Rules for Hong Kong, a copy of which I enclosed with the earlier letter.
2. I should be grateful for your comments in regard to the Hong Kong draft. It will be necessary, of course, to substitute the year 1969 for the year 1968 where the latter occurs, and also to give our Secretary of State his full title. In Rule 2, the brackets which appear in the definitions of the Act of 1926 and the Act of 1940 should be deleted. I have no comment of substance in respect of any of the proposed rules, hup that, in rules

3. The Rules, of course, may not be made until after the necessary amendment has been made in respect of the enabling powers which I have dealt with in my earlier letter.
