Amendment of section

Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in subsection (1), by the insertion of a comma after the 13. expression "Chief Justice", and by the insertion there- after of the following-

"Senior Puisne Judge";

(b) in subsection (2)——

(i) by the insertion of a comma after the expression "Chief Justice" in the first place where it occurs, and by the insertion thereafter of the following-

"the Senior Puisne Judge'; and

(ii) by the insertion of a comma after the expression Chief Justice" in the second place where it occurs, and by the insertion thereafter of the following—

"Senior Puisne Judge”.

Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

Amendment of section

(a) by the insertion after the expression "Chief Justice," in 14.

the first place where it occurs of the following-

"Senior Puisne Judge,"; and

(b) by the insertion of a comma after the expression "Chief Justice" in the second place where it occurs, and by the insertion thereafter of the following-

"the Senior Puisne Judge'.

Section 15 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment insertion of a comma after the expression "No Chief Justice", of section and by the insertion thereafter of the following—

"Senior Puisne Judge".

7. Paragraph (a) of subsection (6) of section 37 of the Amendment principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the expression "the senior puisne judge," and the substitution therefor of the following-

"the Senior Puisne Judge,”.
