Section 19 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by deleting "unlawful assembly" and substituting the following -

Section 23 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following -

" (2) Nothing in this section shall make it an offence for a person to enter upon his own premises if they are in his posses- sion or in the custody of his servant or agent."
