(a) to any business or undertaking in which such
other person or any member of the family or
any dependant of such other person is employed,
shall be guilty of an offence.
(3) Any person guilty of an offence under this
section shall be liable
(a) on conviction on indictment to imprisonment
for five years; and
(b) on summary conviction, to a fine of five
thousand dollars and to imprisonment for two
years.
(4) In this section "intimidate" means to cause
in the mind of a person a reasonable apprehension of injury
to himself or to any member of his family or to any of
his dependants or of violence or damage to any person
or property.".
Repeal of section 28.
Repeal of section 30.

Section 28 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
17. Section 30 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.
Amendment of section 31.
18.
Section 31 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by inserting, after paragraph (b), the following new
paragraph -
"(c) Upon cancellation of a permit under paragraph (b), the
Commissioner of Police shall serve on the permit holder,
either personally or by registered post, notice in
writing of the cancellation, and upon receipt of the
notice the permit holder shall forthwith surrender his
permit.".
